Yoga Oasis

Yoga Oasis is a dynamic yoga studio focused upon developing a strong physical yoga practice amid a supportive community of students. We seek to support you in tapping into the well-spring of your inner Oasis! Every member of our staff is expertly trained in the art and science of teaching yoga. We specialize in making yoga more accessible. Yoga Hour An all-levels flow sequence set to music. Yoga Hour offers the opportunity to practice simple and strong alignment techniques with the breath while challenging the body. Beginners welcome. 60 minutes | $11

Basics A 75-minute class wherein students practice the foundational aspects of many different poses, from standing poses to inversions, arm balances, backbends, twists, and hop openers.  Heavy focus on alignment allows for safe and exploratory learning in a supportive and challenging format. 75 minutes | $11

Elements Studio

Elements studio is a small group and private training studio where people can focus on the physical aspects of their well-being in a customized environment. We see the whole self in its wellness journey, of which physical fitness is a piece. In working with Elements, you will be encouraged to consider not just your body and its strength and conditioning, but also how these aspects fit into your life as a whole, which includes emotional and mental wellness, relationships, nutrition, creativity and play, personal dreams and pursuits, and more.

Elements location: Plaza Palomino, 2990 N Swan, suite 146 for the fitness studio. For the wellness group come upstairs to see us at 2970 N Swan, suite 221.
