60 minute class utilizing mindful strength training techniques to build balance and stability where you need it. Small group size means you get personalized attention. Expect detailed instruction, a question-friendly atmosphere, and to be sore in places you might not know you had muscles! $35 dropin, $240 for 8-class package. at 12:00 pm
